do I mean by the term “body being”? By this, I mean that our physical body is an independent being with an independent consciousness. You could call this being “the consciousness of the body” or “the body being”.

Like everything that has been created and exists, the physical body also has consciousness. As human beings, we carry both the subtle vibration of consciousness and the gross vibration of the physical body within us. Like everything created, the physical body is also capable of perceiving its environment independently – at least within a certain radius, which is dependant on the respective frequency. Like everything created, the physical body also has its own emotions, thoughts, character traits and scope of action. And like everything created, the physical body is also capable of communication. All this together I call the “body being”.

As a soul, we are able to communicate with our body being. The body being is subordinate to the soul and is in its service so that the soul can manifest its desires and intentions. When a soul desires to experience or to effect things in the physical 3D world, it needs a physical body to incarnate into, and it is the being of this body that gives the soul the opportunity to act physically in the first place. By the way, it’s similar with the mind; the mind is also its own construction, its own being. The soul stands above both the body being and the mind being and can give them instructions.

As soon as our soul realises, for example, that the part of us incarnated as a human being has deviated too much from its life’s plan, it can arrange for us to be given a rest period in which to reflect and rearrange our life. It then instructs the body being to bring about certain things so that we become ill and lie in bed for a while. The soul doesn’t do such things out of malice but lovingly, to show us: “Look, I’m now giving you the chance to get out of your everyday stress situation, take a break and think about things in peace, so that you can see what you set out to do in this lifetime more clearly again. Thus, you have the time and space to reorganise certain things and realise your plans.” In this way, soul and body being work together.

If people ignore their body being for a long time, it may withdraw from the soul, as it were. Then it can take a while until mutual trust is restored and the body being opens up again and functions properly. For many people nowadays, the perception of their body is limited to feeling that it’s hungry or thirsty or that it wants to go to sleep. That’s often as far as it goes. That’s why you should just ask yourself: “Have I ever heard my own body speak to me?”

Through cell communication, our body can obtain information independently about what’s happening in our environment and what’s going on in the world. Our skin serves as a kind of antenna that picks up information from our environment and then transmits it either into our day consciousness or into our subconscious where it is processed. This information is stored in the cells of our skin so that we can access it again later, at any time. From this point of view, you could say that our skin cells are a kind of “television substitute” or “Internet substitute” – although actually it is the other way around: today’s mass media and digital means of communication are a substitute for the natural cell communication provided for in the creation plan.

This means that our cells are something like small “libraries” in which countless pieces of information are stored. The information in our cells comes both from ourselves – from this incarnation and from past incarnations – and from our maternal and paternal lines of ancestors. In addition, external influences are also stored in our cells. The body being – which by the way already existed before our soul entered our body – controls all the processes on the physical and energy level in our body. The body being is an independent intelligence, and it functions independently of our respective day consciousness.

Because the body being originated from the Earth, all our body cells are connected to the Earth on the energy level. And through this connection to the Earth, every single physical body, meaning every body being, is connected to every other body being on the energy level. You can imagine an energy thread going from your body into the Earth where it connects to the energy threads of all the other bodies in a huge underground network or plexus. In this way, theoretically, every single body being can inform itself at any time about what’s happening anywhere on planet Earth – about what every other physical being is thinking, feeling or doing – because the cells on our skin are connected and in communication with the cells of other living beings non-stop. This natural cell communication is controlled by our body being; its functioning doesn’t depend on our vibration frequency or the level of our day consciousness.

Most human beings in today’s society have lost conscious access to this communication system. That’s why, nowadays, it’s also important for us to learn to feel our body again. Feeling our body has a lot to do with good grounding, meaning whether or not our soul is fully integrated into our physical body. If, firstly, our soul is completely inside our body and if, secondly, we constantly develop ourselves further at our own pace, then we reach a point, completely naturally, where we’re not only subconsciously connected to our body being but where our day consciousness also docks onto our cells. We then gradually reconnect with the global data stream.

For many people it’s a good thing that they’re not yet consciously docked onto this constant data stream, because they would be completely overwhelmed with all the information. That’s why only the information that is actually needed at the moment comes into our day consciousness. Whether a person has conscious access to it depends, on the one hand, on how high their vibration is and to what extent they are integrated into their body being and, on the other, on whether such access makes sense for the soul concerned at the moment or not.

The fact that we can receive information through our body and store it in our skin cells is an important aspect of the body being. On the one hand, we already bring a lot of important information with us in our cells, and on the other, we receive additional information from all over the world. All this information helps us to do the right things in our life.

However, the information cell level is only one aspect of the entire body being. A physical body is very complex and has many different aspects and levels, and every single aspect, every single organ, has its own tasks in the service of the body being. Just as the skin cells are responsible for collecting, saving, storing and passing on information, the head hair, for example, is responsible for recording a person’s emotional state and granting access to their emotional body. This means that the hair on a person’s head shows their emotional state, emotional memories and momentary states such as joy, surprise and so on. Things like the perception of the energy in a room often don’t run over the skin cells but over the hair. The tips of our head hairs resemble mini antennae that scan the emotional vibrations in the outside world and then store them in our subconscious. If my body being has the impression that it’s important for me to notice certain information, then it switches over and directs this information into my day consciousness.

Our other body hairs are responsible for absorbing information too, not only with regard to the emotional body but also with regard to the mental body. They store thoughts or historical facts, for example, or knowledge brought along from our past incarnations.

By the way, if someone does not (or no longer) have any hair on their head, this doesn’t necessarily lead to a deficiency. The brain realises that this channel is not available, and so the body being will simply look for another channel to perform the corresponding functions.

If we alienate ourselves from nature and maintain virtually no contact with it, then this has consequences for our lives, because much is lost to us as a result.

If, for example, we walk barefoot over the ground – over natural forest soil, meadows, fields, rocks and so on – there’s a direct exchange of energy between our physical body and the Earth. The body knows instinctively which substances it’s lacking – minerals, for example, or vitamins – and by walking barefoot, our body being can obtain these missing substances directly from the Earth and transport them into our physical body. This is just one example among many. Our
